The characteristics of commercial concrete are high yield, short production cycle, high difficulty in quality inspection of concrete during the production process, and difficulty in detecting concrete strength indicators when leaving the factory. The quality of concrete is mainly based on the mix design, and the rationality of the mix ratio has been proven through experiments; The raw materials used in production must comply with relevant national regulations and meet the requirements for concrete mixing ratio; Control the production process to ensure that the mix ratio requirements of various raw materials and concrete are consistent when leaving the factory. Therefore, it is particularly important to strengthen the refined management of the concrete production process in commercial concrete engineering.
The inventory management of raw materials should pay attention to the following points:
(1) Sand and gravel silos should be stacked separately with different specifications of sand and gravel, and labeled with the name, variety, specification, origin, and purchase date of the raw materials. The warehouse keeper shall uniformly number the sand and gravel material warehouse, draw a regional distribution map of the entire material yard, notify the laboratory, main control room, and forklift loading personnel respectively, and cooperate with the above personnel to jointly determine the warehouse number on the ingredient scale and the storage status of each material.
(2) Strengthen the management of powdered materials such as cement, fly ash, and ultrafine powder. Each silo should be labeled with the name, origin, variety, and specification of the raw materials stored; At the inlet of each silo, there should be signs consistent with the silo, indicating the variety, specification, origin, purchase date, inventory quantity, etc; The entrance of each silo should be locked and a dedicated person should be responsible for material management. When powdery materials are stored, they must be checked and signed by both the receiving and supplier personnel before opening the silo to prevent errors during the feeding process and causing quality accidents; The warehouse keeper should uniformly number the raw material silos and create a silo distribution map, and notify the laboratory and main control room separately.
(3) Management of admixtures. Bulk powder admixtures shall be managed according to the management methods for cement and other powder materials; Powder bagged admixtures should be neatly stacked in the warehouse, and their name, variety, specifications, origin, and purchase date should be marked with a signboard; Liquid admixtures should be stored separately and clearly labeled according to different manufacturers and varieties.
