Eight principles to be followed in the construction of small concrete foundations
Eight points to pay attention to in the construction of small concrete engineering foundations are as follows:
1. The level of small concrete engineering foundations must be tested using a level gauge and a super level gauge, and any losses caused by uneven foundations are not responsible.
2. Prepare pre embedded iron according to the requirements of small engineering drawings, and the size of the pre embedded iron must not be changed arbitrarily. If any changes are needed, the site technical guidance personnel must be notified and written proof must be provided;
3. Require that the laying of steel mesh and steel anchor hooks in the foundation of concrete engineering should not be lower than the dimensions required in the drawings; The depth and width of excavation required for the foundation shall not be lower than the dimensions required in the drawings;
4. Do not arbitrarily modify the dimensions indicated on the drawings. If there are any changes, notify the technical guidance personnel on site and provide written proof;
5. According to the technical requirements of small-scale concrete engineering, set out the line and find the reference point. The dimensional error between the two foundations should not exceed 50mm. Use lime to sprinkle the center position of the foundation and the size range of the excavated foundation;
6. After the foundation excavation is qualified, concrete must be poured. If secondary pouring is required, it must be poured again, and the label can be C20-C30;
7. When excavating the foundation, reserve the centerline position of the foundation with steel bars or wooden pegs, with clear markings. The centerline positions of two embedded iron on the same foundation should be on the same line, with a deviation of no more than 20mm;
8. Before the completion of pouring, the embedded iron must be placed at a level of 0.00 above the ground level and parallel to the adjacent embedded iron, and there must be no twisting or deviation from the center.
