The green and environmentally friendly nature of commercial concrete engineering equipment requires the production of green and environmentally friendly concrete. At the same time, the various emissions (gas, liquid, solid) and noise during the production process should comply with national standards.
1. The meaning of producing green and environmentally friendly concrete includes the use of bulk cement (China can save over 3 million meters of bagged wood and over 4 million tons of cement annually) and various admixtures (such as powdered coal, mineral admixtures, additives, etc.), which requires concrete engineering (buildings) to be equipped with corresponding devices and mechanisms to adapt to it;
2. Capable of producing high-performance concrete. High performance concrete contains high strength, durability, and workability. This requires that the stations, vehicles, and pumps in concrete machinery have good adaptability and reliability;
3. The production site of commercial concrete should create green, environmentally friendly, and civilized conditions, and create beautiful garden style units with a greening rate of over 35%;
4. Dust emissions. A fully enclosed silo should be used at large material yards and batching devices, and a high-precision vacuum cleaner should be installed above the mixing machine;
5. The aggregates cleaned by mixing trucks, pumps, and pump trucks, as well as engineering (building) cleaning, should be recyclable, and the cleaning water can also be recycled or reused after re neutralization treatment, achieving zero discharge of high alkaline water;
6. The noise of commercial concrete machinery is particularly severe in concrete pumps and arm mounted pump trucks. Firstly, the noise of the engine itself; The second is the noise caused by the reversing of the concrete distribution valve; The third is the pressure impact of the hydraulic system. The composite noise of the three is the main influencing factor. In order to reduce composite noise, in addition to taking measures to reduce the body noise of the three, reducing the number of changes, increasing the suction efficiency of concrete, improving the continuity of concrete delivery in the pipeline, and preventing pipe blockage can significantly reduce noise.
